My hair can quite frankly be a royal pain it somehow seems to tie itself in ridiculous knots. The hair dresser had hinted it was because my hair was dry but i was not convinced i hate the daily wrestle with the back of my head trying to tear out a knot the size of a ping pong ball (a slight exaggeration admittedly)
The Tangle Teezer although maybe slightly more expensive than other hair brushes being priced at £10.99 but the Tangle Teezer really does work. It glides through my hair whether dry or wet and so the morning wrestles have ended!
P.S Another point which i love is that this innovatively designed product is made in Britain. Hip Hip Hooray!

Clinique 3 Step Routine
So about a month ago while out shopping with my mum we ended up in the most expensive floor in a well known department store. Mum who has used Clinique since she was 19 and has quite good skin for a 50 something lady had suggested i better start investing in a good skin care routine, i am nearly (deep breath)...25. Who knows if its my mums genes or Clinique which has left her with fabulous skin, either way i don't want to risk it so i am going head first into my first trial of Clinique 3 step system.
First step was having a friendly chat with their skin care consultant who advised that with my skin type (oily/combination with occasional acne) i should try the number 3 system which consist of a mild oil free facial soap, clarifying lotion number 3, and finally dramatically different moisturising gel.
My bank account has been drained almost £50 but if this stuff works i am going to be one tight pored, oil free, glowing happy girl. (Just in time for those 25th birthday photos was my initial thought.)
I am now 2 weeks into my new 3 step routine and although my pores are reduced and my skin feels softer i have got more blemishes than usual. At the moment i am keeping open minded but if after a full month and they are still there i won't be best pleased. Clinique do offer an anti-blemish solutions range however one would hope the regular 3 step system wouldn't trigger blemishes in the first place.
Apart from that the soap is great, bearing in mind i have not used a 'soap' as such on my face for years having been told it blocks pores but as the consultant said soap is the only way you can get rid of excess oil.
The clarifying lotion is quite strong smelling and you don't need much, just a quick wipe around the face and neck are your skin feels fresh and exfoliated.
Finally my favourite bit has to be the gel moisturiser. It is supremely soft and does not feel at all greasy once it's on. I think i have found a life long moisturiser.
Welcome!
Welcome to my blog on the really great products and the ones which really are not worth your money.
I am a self-confessed beauty addict. I have thought about quitting my pursuit for miracle products but i just can't help myself.
The only way i figured i could justify the money i spend would be to blog my product reviews so if i don't save any money at least other people might.
Best get going i have a whole host of products from this month to start reviewing.
